How to make blog?

if you have a gmail account, go to blogger.com creat a blog, choose a name and start posting, that's all. you can see in my Profile, i started a discussion about web traffic and promote your blog. you can choose a template from http://templates4all.blogspot.com there is more than 350 blogger templates. goodluck!
