have you found this method of putting your child to sleep works well for you? im interested in other parents replies, i have just began controlled crying and i have found it a life saver, i was rocking my son to sleep every time he needed a sleep and it was wearing me out.

I'm not a believer in letting babies cry it out for sleeping before they are at least a year old. The No-Cry-Sleep Solution worked pretty well for my twins.

Controlled crying is a good thing for most people, it really just depends on the child. Some children just wont respond to it. A lot of times you just have to try different things and see which one works the best. Sometimes it also depends on the person putting them to sleep. If a person gets upset and frustrated quickly the child will pick that up.

It works quite well and teaches them how to fall asleep by themselves which is a great thing to learn for later in life.
