we talk about cooking..
what I love to cook is chicken and the menu is..chicken curry. Its one of the favorate recipe of most filipino people. I love chicken curry because it taste good and it is easy to prepared. Most of us prepared this during occations like birthday and parties. most of my friends loves it too. They said that when they start eating this chicken curry, they feel a little burning sensation in their mouth and wow really spicy delicious.
well, many countries had their own version of chicken curry cooking but for me, the filipino chicken curry is still the best. hehehe

Hi, even I like chicken and have you ever tried the special Thai Green Curry Chicken? Well, that too is awesome, if you have a taste for the hot and spicy!

Hi julia! I am Filipino and have eaten the chicken curry in our country and yes it was so good, but haven't try to cook my own version! But when I live in India for a year, I have to admit their chicken curry is one of the best and I have been cooking it for few times there, hmmmm, yummy. One day I want to try the Malaysian chicken curry as well. Thanks!

wow thats great! I haven't tried Indian curry but I heard it..they put so much spicy powder to taste good.

I'am a Filipino too. One of our greatest passion is cooking and I am proud to say that we have culturally diverse culinary treats in the Asian region. I also cook food for home consumption and one of my best recipe involves chicken, curry and our special ingredient, coconut cream/milk. The taste is very flavorful but not that spicy as compared to Indian curry dishes. I also pineapple chunks to add fruity taste to the curry dish and the sweetness of the fruit counter-balances the spiciness of the dish. Now, I hear my stomach growling!
