What LCD Monitor is best for watching TV and Movies?

For several months now, I have been using my ever trusted laptop with 12" LCD monitor. I've got nothing to complain about this because the performance is top notch; however, my eyes would be strained badly after several hours of working online and watching downloaded movies on its rather small monitor. This December, I intend to buy a new LCD monitor with at least 19-inches screen size. But I haven't decided yet on which one to buy because I really want something that can accommodate several web sites in one screen and possibly the best one to play my favorite movies after working like a slave online. I have seen new models from Samsung and they come with HDTV capability, but are very costly for me. Do you have any recommendation? What are the best LCD TV monitors currently in the market?

I am using HCL LCD monitor it has the best features and wont make any danger to eyes in future.
The distortion it produces is very less. there is no flicker here it will continuously emits the ray. It occupies less space and it is very thin and weightless.
