What is the best horror movie out on DVD right now?

I have a BlockBuster voucher and I really want to get a decent horror movie out to rent. I'm not sure which would be the best one so I would really appreciate suggestions! Please post info on storyline (no spoilers!), cast, special effects etc! 18 certificate films are fine - and actually the scarier the better!!

Yep, exactly what I was going to say. If you want to see good horror movies, go out and rent all the SAW movies. You will like them very much!
