Do you floss before or after brushing?

I don't necessarily think there's a correct way, so sometimes I floss before, and sometimes after. How about you?

I believe it's recommended to floss before so that you brush away what's left behind. If you floss after and remove any additional gunk, that means your brushing didn't work as well as it should have.

Wow, that is an interesting way of looking at it. I would have seriously never thought of it that way before. That makes a lot of sense! For sure, I will now start to do it the opposite way of how I HAD been doing it! *LOL* Thanks! :)

i always floss before to get the stuff out from my gums, then i brush to get the rest of the surface stuff away!

Well, I WAS going to say after. But, "paidreader" makes some very good points. I would have never even thought about it that way before. Wow. Yes, I think that before is the correct answer. Thanks, "paidreader". :-)

i floss after brushing mostly but sometimes i am not regular. Most of people don't even floss.
