Will Taare Zammen Par get a oscar nomination?

Hello all,
Do you think Ameer Khan's Taare Zameen Par will get a nomination in the best foreign langugae film category of Oscars 2008.
I think it will be very tough. Looking at the list of films from other countries I dont see a chance. What do you think?
