My father left his village and came to the city of Mumbai to have a glimse of this fast paced unknown world some 30 years back....He married my mom, i and ma sis wer born...By then he had got a job in a shiping yard....All that we had come with to this city was a suitcase with our clothes in it...Time passed,my father worked hard and today hes the chief engineer in a ship...thorughout my childhood, i have seen a life filled with struggle...i learnt the value of money at a very early age and also learnt to sacrifice things for a betta 2moro...i cud see the bigger picture...we owned our first house wich was jus about 300 sq.ft apartment in the suburbs...2day we live in a plush 2500 sq.ft house...own a car and im pursuing my career in dentistry...I still remember i had to cancel my school trips cuz i din have enuf money and even wen i had, i din wana spend it for my own fun...i din go for movies, din eat outside food and saved up money in every way i cud....i used to see my frndz enjoy, go to malls, have fun....they enjoyed life....so dun u think that money is the most important parameter to live life the way u want it to be.....

i think money tends to make things a bit more enjoyable but i wouldnt say that it is the most important thing to enjoy life. there are so many things that are free that make life a little more interesting or memorable. museums, parks, outdoor concerts, these things are free and make life enjoyable. sometimes you dont have all the money you would like and you have to enjoy life anyway with whatever you have. i think you're putting a greater emphasis on materialism as a means to measure wealth and success. some people dont need a lot of anything to enjoy the things they have in their lives, like good relationships, a roof over their head, and food in their stomachs.

Yes, when you got it. If you do nor have any money then what's there to enjoy.
