does watching horror movies makes any pshycological effects

hey i watch a lot of horror movies but my friends always warn me of these pshycological effects. can anyone seriously get affected

no i dun think so....when i watch movie i knw nothin gonna happen cause nothinvis true its just an movie so sit back and enjoy the thrill...!!!

well actually there is nothing related to horror movies and psychological effects. they say it a routine as to not watch horror movies because, it stays in your unconscious mind and portrays as a nightmare...

Well, if you are watching these movies for fun or entertainment, I think it's okay. I watch horror movies, read horror books - for entertainment as well! So don't dwell or think too deeply about them!
