What do you do when you feel tired?

Everyone must work many hours in order to make a living,they will affected by the external environment,too.So most of us will feel tired everyday,it is a ubiquity problem.We should find some suitble methods to relax ourselves. I think we should be active as we can,walk for 15 to 30 minutes everyday,choose an exercise or sport we enjoy,sleep at least 8 hours each night and so on,this can help us release tesion and raises energy.
What do you do when you feel tired?
If you have better advice,let us share them with you.

When i feel tired i sometimes do my favorites if i can't have a nap right now. According to my experience,when you focus on your interest you hardly feel tired. Besides having a wash,eating something,having a chat with colleagues,all thoes can also relieve exhaustion.

I worked almost 12 hours a day and my way to decrease stress or whenever I get tired I have to make sure that I can have enough sleep, I must always have a vitamins and eat fruits. Since everytime that I am overworked my immune system will be low. So for prevention thats what I do everytime I feel tired.

When I'm tired I usually lay down or try to get a nap. If I'm doing something where I need to stay awake, then I usually walk around a bit, or drink something cold and get a brain freeze, so that wakes me up and gets me alert.

1. First take a shower, then go to bed.
2. Doing some exercise like Yoga which really can relax.

When I feel tired,I will do what as in the following:
First,I will go for a walk with my friends for a while.
Second,I will have a rest listening to music I love.
Third,I will have a sweet sleep.
These methods can help me release my tension and disgust.

usually i'll try to get some sleep or watch some tv. just relax for a bit, we all need a break once in a while

Hi friend,
I generally not feel any tiresomeness unless i work for 20 hours a day.If i feel like tiresome i just listen to songs and feel relax or sleep if it is night i go to sleep.

I rest when I am tired. If I am close to my bed then I take a nap otherwise, I just try to give myself a little break until I am refreshed and ready to work again. This happened to me when I was driving, I started falling asleep. When I got to my destination, I closed my eyes a bit and tried to take a nap. Cheers!!

Sleep. If I can't sleep then I drink caffeine. Mt. Dew, Frappuccino, Amp. Yummay!

I think this is good advise simon. I usually walk my kids to school if it is not raining which takes me about 30 minutes by the time I have dropped them off at all their different schools and I try to get 8 hours of undisturbed sleep if I can but sometimes my youngest wakes me in the night so I am usually tired no matter what I do!! LOL ... but for people leading a 'normal' life it would be possible to do these things and enjoy a much more relaxed life!

then when I wake up I feel much better

When I feel tired I usually:
A) go for a catnap
B) go for a run
C) deal with it
When I run I just feel more awake afterwards despite the fatigue.

Yes,what you say above is very good.We can find some ways that fit for ourselves,if we feel tired or depressed,we can release pressure by doing what we think is useful to solve this questions.Everyone will tired,so your suggestions will give some people more methods to choose.

Hi there!
I agree with you fellow lotter that we should make it a point to have 8 hours of sleep everyday. Having enough sleep is the best way to take a rest. Exercising is also one way of boosting our energy. It helps the muscles to relax and relieves pain in our body.
Whenever I am feeling tired, I try to take naps whenever there is a chance. Especially if its not yet time to sleep and if my work is not yet finished. I also try to unwind in the middle of my work. I always work in front of my computer and it makes the eyes tired so I try to rest my eyes by looking at something green or just close them for a few minutes.
Sometimes I use energy drinks to help me boost my energy. I know its safe and there are a lot available in the market.

when im tired, i would love to take a nap... but most of the times, even if im at home i couldnt do it coz there are a lot of stuffs to do and i have to wait for my son to be home, and when he's home and he's watching tv, i could then take a nap...

If i feel tired, i am not willing to do any sport, and what i want to do most is to go to sleep. i have to sleep, because i really want. If you say just do some relax things, like watching tv, but if i do this, when i watch tv, i think i cann't help closing my eyes and then get asleep leaving the tv on.

When I'm tired I usually listen to music, go for a walk, and chat with others for a while, do eye exercises, or just sleep on the desk for a moment.
