Do You Have a Regular Workout Schedule?

Lately I have decided that it is time for me to get in shape. I don't need to lose weight or drop a dress size, I just want to tone up and build muscle. I don't have the time or money to join a gym so I thought I would just figure out my own workout regimine that I could do at home.
Does anyone else workout regularly? What type of things do you do to stay in shape?

Believe me even I decided to get in shape, although I am in shape I decided to make a regular workout schedule. Which obviously did not happen! I have a fit body and maintain a healthy diet but the only problem is that I want my body to be more capable of sustaining physical stress. Which is why I'm trying to concentrate on developing my stamina and endurance levels. Although it's difficult for me to follow a regular workout I try my level best and put in the effort required when required. The best time that I can follow my regular workout schedule days during summer vacations.

I run everyday of the week usually a mile or two on weekdays and about two to four on the weekends... I do sit-ups/crunches until I can't do anymore, I also do the same with push-ups. I have a set of free-weights at my house so I lift for different parts of my body on mon/wed/fri.
You just have to integrate what you want into your busy lifestyle... trust me, there is always enough time.
