How well or bad has the internet changed your life??

If it wasnt for the internet I would have never met my husband (been together for 7 years now) I would not have many of my on line and now real life friends. The internet keeps me informed of what is going on. Gives me an oportunity to find any information I need. Gives me chance to be in tuch with what is going on my my old country and keep in touch with my family and friends.

Internet changes my life for the better. I am not that fanatic over something. It actually helped me to see the world and I am affected in a good way. Its just bad to hear that some othere people usus internet the worst way. Bad for them perhaps they dont know how to use this. They need an oline eduacation on how to use it the proper way. lol!

I'm really glad that internet has been created. It's really convenient in many ways. You can apply for jobs through it, communicate with people all over the world, you can use it for your research works and assignments and will take just a little of your time compared to browsing over encyclopedias and books in the library and you can earn money through it ;)

Good thing about internet is that it makes me earn money.It also makes chat with my friends through messengers.It also helps me check my mails and respond to them.When i'm bored it entertains me through online games. Bad things about internet.We get so addicted to internet that we don't go out and see our friends.

I just love the good old Internet! It really is starting to change my life too, I think! I just love to write and the Internet has made this possible. I have submitted several articles and it's giving me some hope that one day I may eventually become a published writer. There is a truth about the Internet though that it does tend to take up a lot of time and I guess it does have the habit of keeping you away from socialising! However, I socialise online with lots of friends and I'm pretty happy with the way things are going! Andrew

I think the internet has changed my life for good and for bad reasons. Well for good reasons, I have met long lost School friends on youtube and bebo, that I would of never found. I can work, do my shopping, research things on here. I do not have to buy newspapers either, I can just read the news on here everyday for free. I can keep in touch with my family also. I can do my grocery shopping and bank on the internet. My phone bills are far cheaper too. The bad ways it has changed me is that I am getting fat because I am sitting on here too much. I do not watch television. It is very addictive and I do not spend much time with my family and friends now. Overall though it is an amazing invention I cannot live without.

Well, I have had access now to the Internet for over 10 yrs. now. Sometimes I find it hard remembering what life was like before the Internet for sure. I started out with WEBTV and then moved to a Computer in 1999 and have been online with a Computer ever since. For me, it has truly opened my door to New horizons. I have made many wonderful friends over this time, and even met some of them as well. I have learned a lot of New things, learned how to Write better, and also made some Extra $$ along the way as well. I have tried a lot of online Business things over time, and some I have done OK with and then there are some I need not talk about as well. But overall, I truly would miss my Computer and the Internet if I was not online, and all of my wonderful friends. To me, this is the way to a whole new world most will never know existed before hand as well.

I started using the internet 11 years ago. I discovered chat rooms. I love to chat and im very social so NOW i was able to chat with anyone from all over the world. It was wonderful. Being a young mother with three young boys and not getting out much the internet really help my social skills.It was weird, because after being on the net for a while. I found when i was out riding the bus. I could chat with anyone. I think i got more confidence beacuse people on teh net actually liked my sense of humor. lol So I would have to say teh net boosted my confidence level.

If we didn't have the internet i would have never met my partner in a family chat room we have been together three and a half years now. We live together and we have a two year old son together. Apart from my children he is the best thing that has happened to me. The internet is also good because it means i am able to stay in touch with two of my close friends who have moved away. I have also made some very good friends online. The only bad thing i can think of is that some people use it to bully others online this happened to my friends daughter she was bullied at school and they carried it on over the internet, but it did get sorted out in the end.

I don't knwo internet untill my college school time. I just know chatting at the beginning and later I know more about it but litmited to play. After school, I started to meet the need of money and searching for ways of earn online. My last job also concern about internet and now I couldn't leave it even one day

I'm still a little new to the net also, I pretty much had to teach myself how to use the computer, I love the net its so easy to do lot of things and its so much fun I love to play around with my windows media player and brows and search. once I finally figured out how to use the computer, I was hooked I have had my computer for a little over a year now it has a few glitches now, and then, but its awesome.

Internet for me the most important thing apart from the human beings that i love the most. at this stage of life when i am a student this is the most important thing. I mean nowadays i am studying eating and using internet and nothing else. i spend time on finding ways to earn money online and increase my general knowledge regarding different issues. And believe me it has given me alot of knowledge!!

it has make life easier for us. i can do online banking and payment of bills without leaving the house and also online shoppings now. i dun like shopping and hate walking around in the mall and now my wife is using internet to make purchases online and i think it is great. also i can watch any movie i want from the net without paying and have access to news, latest info etc on whatever issues i need to know so life is definitely better with internet

I find sometimes that I get to carried away in some sites!!.. time flies and if Im not carefull it gets out of hand in here(internet). So now I try not to be in for more then 2 or 3 hours per day. It has affected me in that, I am learning about all sorts of interesting topics , and I really enjoy the photography.

the internet has changed many people lives back in the 1930 they didn,t have computer when we went into a reccession if the people back then had the internet then so many people wouldn,t have been throwing themselves out the window.they could have just talked to someone online and they could have been a live.the internet is theurpautic for many people the computer has saved many lives all you have to do when you feeling down is go talk to someone who is not going to put you down they are not charging you to listen the internet really have changed many lives young and old.

The best thing ever happened to me via the internet- as it is where i met my partner. (Also as someone above said ;]). Without my partner i would not be the person i am today- he gives me hope and happiness- and wills me to do things i would never have dreamed of doing. He inspires me in my writing, as well as inspiring me to draw- take photos, and even start up a new hobby of gardening. I think no matter what happens on the internet now- it's always going to be great for me.

I am very much into the internet. I spend a few hours on it and it keeps me occupied as well as well-informed. I don't think I can go back to a world without the internet. Cheers!!

if it wasn't for the internet, i would not earn extra income to pay off some debts.. =)

Hello, the good things of internet is you can talk with your family if you live in china and your family in usa you can talk by instant messages, you can earn some extra money, meet new friends new people, you can buy things that you like it and you can't find in your country and the bad things well you maybe can spend to much time in the internet and have no life and a lot of other bad things i cant remember now:| lol.
