Travel is a very good means of broadening a person's persipective. It makes you come into contect with different cultures, meet people of different color and go through peculiar rites and ceremonies.Travelling much, you will not only enrich your knowledge and experences, but also be aware of the vastness of nature.
Travel may also relieve person of boredom and gloom.Travell brings you enjoyment and attraction.
I am fond of travelling,but I have little money,so I haven't visited many places.

I like to travel also to different places but because of financial consequences i cannot do that. i need to save more money in order to go some other places and enjoy seeing the views and meet different kinds of races and talk to people. But it seems like money is always a problem because you need to have enough money to do what you want and where you go. My goal is to travel atleast maybe twice or once a year outside the country so me and my husband need to save more a lot of money for touring. but i am also thinking that its better to invest your money and make it grow than spend it for just a couple of days then its gone forever.

I want to visit many famous places, but it is only a dream to me now.We should save more money in order to get what us wished for.You said that it is better to invest our money than spend it for just a couple of days,I think it is reasonable in soem respects, but I think we should enjoy our lives and spend more on our material life.
Thank you for your sharing.

I havent gotten to travel really. The only traveling I have really gotten to do was when we got remarried (with our best friends) we all went to Salem, Mass. The major reason we have never gone traveling (we both would love to) is that we have kids and money can be scarce. However we have decided with our best friends that we are going to take a trip be it a small one every year around our anniversaries.
I cant wait til April!!!

Hello simon611
I do like to travel and did a lot before I married and had kids. As soon as the kids are old enough and we can save money then we will all travel together and I dare say I will be able to get back to it once they have started a life of their own.

I quite agree with your opinion,I like travel very much.I think that travel can let me know much things which i can't see in my city.Although i like it very much, i also didn't visit many places.Because my son is only 14 months,I can't go travel.I decide to travel many places with my son after several years.

Yes. I love seeing new and exciting places! I have been to Australia and New Zealand and much of the United States. But there are so many more places to see! A favorite past time of mine is taking road trips with my family and packing food to stop and picnic on the way! I have not been able to travel much for a long time due to limited money and having a serious illness for the past 3 years. But my dream is not lost :)
I plan to regain my health someday and then I will save up my money and go to all the places I dream of visiting and exploring! There is a website called www.couchsurfing.com where you can find people in all different countries and cities across the world who are willing to give you there couch for a few nights or so and possibly show you around! The best part is that it is a FREE alternative to paying for hotel costs! This would be a great resource for anyone trying to travel without a lot of money. We all know how high the price of travel is these days...

I would like to be able to travel a lot, just like you do. I also have the same problem though, I have limited funds, and I have a job... Traveling is quite an adventure for me because you get to meet a lot of people with different nationalities, see beautiful sites, experience new things. For now, I can only settle for books and the internet to see things in other countries.

When I was a child I dreamed about traveling and I said that when I was older I would go off traveling. When I was a teenager I got a paper round and saved up to go to Greece with my mum. Then I got a job as a Saturday job assistant and saved up to to go to the Netherlands with a friend. I got a job in Finland as a children's nanny when I was 18 and then went around Europe by train. I got a job in an office but two years later was made redundant. So I let out my cottage and got a working holiday visa for Australia. I traveled around the world when I was 20 for just over one year. I am now much older than that and my next trip will be in January to Cape Town with my toddler son. I love traveling so very much and I will continue to do so. Good luck with future traveling.

I would love to travel but I have never ventured out into the world alone. Is it a good thing to travel by yourself? Do you travel by yourself? If so, how do you do it? I know these questions sound a little strange but, I guess I have a lot to learn as regards travel. I have not travelled in years and when I did that was with a friend! I would like to start travelling but I don't know when or how! As always, finance is always an issue. Andrew

I would love to travel just to travel. Traveling would be an escape. Escapes from my reality would be beautiful.
