What could be the most unique way of celebrating monthsaries?

My love and I don't have that much time now to see each other and even our monthsaries were not celebrated well. I would really want to make something special on our special day but I can't think of something. I want this to be special because we miss each other so much.

We once went out of town just to be able to bond and spend time with each other. My then boyfriend now hubby used to take up LAW and his time was pretty much tied to their schedule so we tried to make the most out of our monthsaries. However, it can't be helped that he really is too busy at times so we'd make up for it during the next month.
