Parents choice!

My parents always favor my 2nd brother. They always say nice things about him. Like he helps a lot in the family business. Althought, I started our family business while it was small and it grew big while I am working on it. I never heard any praises from them. After 19 years, my parents gave my job responsibilities to my 2nd brother, leaving me, nothing to do. It hurt me. But it must not make me stop. Because, I have nothing to do, i went to sales. My problem is---can I do it? Can I make it to the top?
