what i should do

I came to Nanjing to my graduate study for about three monthes ,i have much free time every day but i don't know i spend them to where and everyday i feel very busy but doing nothing . I want to study English ,and want to go to the english corner to practice , to enhance my english ,to read more books of my specialized course MS (marketing) and study more things . Language studying is a continue course ,it need to study everyday ,but i haven't study English for a so long time and forget much of it . I want to go back to the hard time when i study hard ,what i should do ,how can i make a schedule and use my free time efficiently . I fell at a loss these days .
