We all know that sleep is the best natural way to rejuvenate the tired brain cells.
Not only sleep is esssential to maintain the equilibrium of the body but also it refreshes us for the new work by releasing the feel good chemicals in the brain.
What do you feel?

for few months ago I have 8 hours sleep time. But now I have only 6 hours each day. I don't know about the argument that sleep over than 6 hours will destruct our body. But, I know that sleep less than 8 hours will make our skin in't good anymore. Besides, lack of sleep makes a black circle around your eyes and makes your brain doesn't wok properly.

Thanksfor the response.
Before marriage with no household responsibilities, I used to write my thesis and sleep about eight hours on an average.
Now, I have too sleep with the anxiety of seeing over my kid and getting up early to go to the office.
Happy mylotting.

Thanks for the response.
Your choice of an eight hour sleep gels perfectly with mine.
I also had disturbed six hours of sleep since the past three years my daughter was small and i used to get up to monitor her and attend her.
Happy my lotting.

I guess, 8 hours is just enough for me. Lately. I fall short of 8 hours and I am having a hard time waking really early. I often end up late for work. I will try to just get enough sleep tonight though.
This is so true that we need equilibrium and certain body chemicals to keep our brain working well.

I think sleeping is very essential routine of life but excess of sleeping is also an invitation for unhealty life. 8 hour of sleeping for adults and 15 hours of sleeping for childers daily is ideal sleeping to keeps you healthy in your day & rest of life.
