Found something that helped with my insomnia

I have been a chronic insomnia sufferer. I tried searching the web for possible ways to alleviate my suffering and I have read a blog regarding binaural beat or brainwave entrainment. I tried listening to it for one week using the alpha, theta brainwaves and I am noticing some improvement in my sleep. This may not work with everybody though, but in my case I think it has helped somewhat. Does any one tried it, and if so, what are your experiences?

Sorry to hear of your problem. I'm afraid I've never heard about those things. When I sometimes have trouble dropping off, I spray some lavender water on my pillow and breathe in th scent. It usually does the trick.
