I'm from Florida and I am use very hot weather. For me 60 degrees is freezing and relocating to North Carolina is like living in another world. I finally saw snow for the first time in 22 years that I have been alive. sadly enough I was ery disappointed. The snow melted as snow as it touched my skin. It was beautiful as it flurried through the air, but it was very short lived. Do you take fully enjoy seeing soemthing for the first time or do you dimiss because its not what you thought it was going to be?

Wait until it gets three feet deep and you have experienced a couple of snow storms where it is twenty below zero and then tell me how beautiful it is. I think I will take the warm weather anytime thanks.

Tenenty-three feet deep! that I deinetly would not want to go through. I think I rather be in 100 degree weather than below zero. I've been through alot of hurricanes and would rather deal with them than a snow storm. To me that definetly soudns too scary.

Candie, don't be upset or disappointed in your first snow. Lots of times, the flurries comes a few times, but then you have a big snow later. Living in North Carolina, I would think you'll probably see lots more snow. We, in Alabama, often see only snow flurries, and very seldom see a snow that lasts very long. The last BIG one we had was back in 1993, and it was here for 6 days! And, living out in the rural areas, that meant we went absolutely no place for 6 days! None of us here had a 4 wheel drive. Just have patience; you'll see a good snow.

I live right next to the beach in North Carolina. I know that in central NC it snows because of the mountains. I talked to a friend and she sai the last time that it snowed was in 1989, a good snow that it. I'm not a huge fan of the cold but I am hoping to see snow sometime in my life.

I get snow every winter here. What I really like is the time to play in the snow. I think that the best part is making snowmen or snow angels, and you're never really too old to do anything! It's hard to enjoy it when you're not a kid, or at least don't act like one.

Er...I did not watch the snow in my life up to now.It is a great pity for me.Because I live in the south district of China, the climate is mild and warm.It is nearly not likely to snow. But I am anxious to watch the snow which is an unique scene...

I hope that you see it one day. I hpe that I can see it again. I want to actually go somewhere like Canada or New York where the snow is thicker. I see it on tv and it is beautiful. the only downside is that I hate cold weather.
