Anyone know of Online 99Cent stores?

i heard about online 99cent stores from a discussion here a while back..cant find it now. ive done a fair number of searches but can only come up with dollar store Suppliers..and since im not a wholesaler and dont want to buy things by the dozen..that wont work. does anybody have a link to an actual online 99cent store? NOT a supplier site.
