anybody here who uses chikka and now having a hard time logging in?

i also have an account in chikka and i've been using it most of the time. true that there are times that i also have a hard time logging in, based on my observation it always happen during wekends i don't know why.

I can't log into chikka in the office because our PC's are running on Vista. I'm not sure if we have the same problem, you might have installed the wrong version. :) I have friends working in Chikka and said that they're currently working on version 2

I tried it just now and it's working fine for me. I tried logging in through various means (ym, gmail and their site) and they all work fine. I've never really had problems logging in before. My one beef with chikka had always been that their text-messages sometimes takes a long time to arrive on the cellphone of who I texted. Have you tried logging in using a different computer? I agree that it might have something to do with your connection. If not, then maybe there's a setting in your computer that prohibits it. I remember having problems before logging in to mylot using our desktop computer, but after rebooting the PC (due to some problems in the HD), I can login to mylot just fine. (err, I'm not saying you need to reboot your PC, by the way, hehe) Anyway, good luck with that! I hope someone can help you better than I did. :)

For the past several days, I couldn't log in to my account at chikka. I know this because it automatically tries to log in whenever I turn on my laptop, even if I have no intention of using it. Two days ago I had the laptop checked by a computer savvy friend of mine and let him tweak it around a bit. I tried it and I could already log in. I don't have any idea with what he did but maybe we had the same problem.

Yes I'm having a hard time using it too. A dialog box always appears and tell me that I need to register first before I use Chikka even if I'm already registered.. It gives me a headache because I use it when I ran out of cellphone load and there are messages that needs a quick response. Godspeed...

I experienced difficulty logging-in several times. So, I figured that the chikka server might just be busy. In the alternative, I use the web chikka instead. Just go their site and you can log-in there too. The visual so-so, is better.

weeks ago i find it hard logging into chikka because YM is prohibited here in the office. I checked my officemates pc's and their chikka is working well so maybe the problem is my connection. I've waited for weeks and then last week I was able to use it again and my YM for my business purposes so maybe we had the same problem and that is your connection.I just hope that it'll be fixed soon =) Godbless!
