Buxybux? What happen?

I already joined buxybux for only a week ago. Its look clearly ok until I suddenly open the forum link. They said the buxybux account with paypal was freeze and they want to sell the buxybux to someone to take over the business even the program was running like usual. Luckily its look like someone has bought the business and start working. I don't know what exactly happen. Can I trust this buxybux? Is it not a scam?
