myLot Digest with only one discussion listed?

37 and not there!! Strange! I wonder how does it actually work?!

Odd ooops to say the least. I've never recieved opne that did not have the ten listed. myLot has a ton of ooops that need fixing. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I don't get all responses or discussions in my email, either. That is apparently a myLot glitch that has been going on for quite some time. Luckily, lovely LadyMarissa sent me the digest in an email so I can now respond to some of them. I'm so glad she did because there were a few in there that I did respond to. It's funny... I never thought I'd miss the digest for one day, but I sure did! LOL Ah, the things we learn about ourselves, huh?

Hi annjilena. Somewhere in your preferences section you can chose to receive the Digest. I'm not sure exactly where it is because I signed up for it when I first joined myLot and my memory sure isn't what it used to be!

I don't usually reply to all of the discussions in the digest, but there are sometimes some really interesting discussions listed. I always look through them, just in case. I guess it was just a glitch in my case. Sigh!

Well, that could be true, but I've never received a Digest with less than 8 discussions in it, so that makes this one very strange. Also, the one listed had only 16 responses. I posted a discussion yesterday that had 37 responses as of the cutoff time last night. Obviously, THAT was in my interest group or I couldn't have posted it. It was about the difference between Firefox and Internet Explorer. THAT should have been in the digest! I guess it was just an 'oops' by myLot. Hopefully, I'll get an updated version of the digest later this morning.

You know, I've noticed that, too. I'm not getting many notifications of new posts. Maybe because it was the weekend before Thanksgiving, I don't know. We'll just have to see how it goes today. I hope all is well with your Dad and hope he is doing okay after recent events. I know how devastating that can be! Take care!

Thank you Martha. He's doing better than I had anticipated. Yesterday marked one month since her passing so it was an especially rough day for him. I think it is beginning to sink in on him more each day. Thanksgiving will be especially rough on all of us. I'm doing most of the cooking & I'm not the cook she was. I came along with the let's eat out tonight generation!!!

Thank you, but the problem I'm having is with the one discussion I did receive in my digest. It has 16 responses. I posted a discussion yesterday that had 37 responses as of midnight last night. It should have been in the digest. That's not what I'm complaining about, though. Since my discussion had 37 responses, surely there MUST have been others with more responses than the one listed with only 16 responses! This is most unusual. I have many topics chosen in my list and have never received a digest with under 8 discussions before. I could understand 4 or 5 discussions, but only one sounds a little strange. Also, the style of the digest I received was much different than it normally is. It is all text, no html. I haven't changed any settings on my computer, so I should be receiving the digest in html, as I always have. I've written to myLot asking them to please resend the digest to me, hopefully the correct one.

They don't like me anymore!!! I'm sure it was a glitch. This thing I got was in plain text, also, not html like I usually get. LadyMarissa sent the REAL one to me in an email.

Yep, it seems that everyone else is getting 10 discussions. I still haven't gotten the 'real' digest!
