Why other people just don't care...

Sometimes it isn't that people don't care it simply might be that they are shocked. But that shock should be short lived and they should try to help the person in need of help. I beleive what goes around comes around. That people who do harm to others will get just what they deserve. I have seen people who seem to get some sort of high out of trying to play God in other people's lives but they always get slammed back. I look forward to those moments because sometimes you can't do anything to get people to understand what they do or what they did is/was wrong. So God punishes them and they get theirs sooner or later. It boils down to common sense... to simply having a heart. Sadly, most people seem to have stones instead of a heart.
