I want to start making candles myself and have been searching the net I found this really good site that gives you lot's of information. http://www.candlecauldron.com/ They also have message boards and seem very helpful though I haven't posted yet. I'm pretty sure to make scented candles you just put your oils in the wax while it's melted before putting into moulds. Good luck with your efforts, when I've made some candles of my own I'll post the pictures on here.

Nancyrowina , That is the perfect place for anyone interested in candle making to go . The candle cauldron is a great website. I had a candle business before and used that site alot . I also bought supplies from www.bittercreek.com It really is too hard to try to teach candle making here . Try that website www.candlecauldron.com. It has all you will need . Thanks Nancyrowina !

I have always wanted to learn how to make scented candles and i've watched it at some tv shows. I love scented so much, in some point i make it a collection. What's good about learning to make scented candles is that you can profit from it. you can sell it to the market or friends or give it as gifts

I think you buy scented oil & add it to your wax. I'm not sure. It's been ages since I made my own candles. Thanks for the link. I might start making them again!!!
