Have you tried using Hitachi brands digital camera

I am just curious if there are people here who owns the same brand of camera i have. i have a small hitachi digi cam and lately i encountered problems with it and its not working anymore.It used to be a very good cam and have nice shots from it and it uses 2 AA battery. One time i uses a non rechargeable battery and it becomes weak in the midlle of the party while we were taking pictures. I dont have the back up battery with me and i keep using it eventhough i was aware the battery was weak already coz the color of the screen changes into rainbow sometimes .Coz i wanna finish taking pictures so i keep shooting until the power dies and when i bought a new battery it doesnt work anymore. It comes with it owns USB charger for the battery and plug in to the camera directly and i tried but it doesnt work . Does anyone here knows whats the problem and how can i fixx it? i live in cebu Philippines and if you know a place here who might know how to repair my cam i will apppreaciate it a lot of you can tell me.
