Have you ever changed your job?

It is a trend that people change their jobs frequently.One of my friend has changed 3 jobs in half a year.Some people are not satified with their work now,for they think their wrok are very dull and their encomes are very low.They think the best way to make more money is to jump to another firm.I think many people are not content with his encomes.As far as I know, some of my classmates are going to change their jobs now.

I have changed my job only once. My first job was 4 years, and I am in my current position for 4 years now. I think it's not good for our profile if we change job too soon. It will give an impression that we are not reliable and change our mind easily. Our boss will be doubtful on our capabilities. I have friends who change job very frequent. They are difficult to be satisfied. I know some of them are competing among each other, to see who got higher pay. I think this is unhealthy. We should be grateful of what we got and fulfill our responsibilities honestly.

I am a fresher, just now i have taken up a job. as far as I am concerned, There is no sense in keeping on switching over the jobs. The switching over must come into your mind if there is any misunderstanding between you and the management or if you are not feeling satisfied.
