Is Pay Pal safe and secure?

I have used PayPal for about three years now and have had no problems with it. They always transfer money to my bank account ontime, settle disputes between myself and merchants (not that I've had many of these problems, thank God!) and is just a really convenient way to give & receive money. I give them my thumbs up without hesitation.

I've been using paypal for 6 years now and never had any problems, in fact they got my money back when I won a computer on ebay but the seller never sent it.

Yes i think it is. i have used paypal many times and ive never had a problem with it. Even if your not a paypal memeber you can still send money to a paypal account. I think it is safe and secure, otherwise millions of people wouldnt use it everyday!

I have never tried it as yet but seriously I want to know the procedure of paypal.

I don’t trust paypal very much. I have heard too many complaints about fraud and them freezing accounts for no reason. It is convenient but if I needed to open a business I wouldn’t use it.

i do all my payments with them, never a problem. they are secure

im not sure i only just signed up and ihavent gotten any payments through it yet but i will soon because i have only 2$ to go til i hit 10$
