my friend in love how to help him?

i am a higher secondary student , my class mate and my best friend is in great love with one of the girl in my class itself
. It is not a love for time pass he is serious and the love has been there for a long time i think it started when he was in 7 th grade . We don't know if she knew it or not. We all are friends (boy and girl).
She is a family were her grandfather have lot of power and she has two sisters, so he is rough.
We checked the religion cast age height weight everything matched. i too feel that they are meant for each other. But by just jumping in to telling her the love could cause some problem.
how can i help them????

For me, i think its better that you just advise him to just wait for the right time, the right moment , the right place and when he is in the mature age already wherein he can finally tell himself that he is really serious about that girl. well i dont mean i dont believe he is serious but he is still young for me to get involved in a relationship that may cause a certain problem and hurts a lot of feelings to the girl's family and to the people who are involved. Well, as i presume this time ,while he is still in secondary school and i can say that his thinking is lot different from those mature people already ,then i guess he should just focus in his studies first and achieve something that he can be proud of to everyone and then at that time he will start to stand alone by himself then let his feeling go that he have been keeping for a long time. I think if the girl got a hint at the beginning that he likes her then its no problem.
