News are definitely everywhere. It can be good, or sometimes it can be bad. No matter how good or bad a news it, the bottom line is, we have to or we want to know it. If given a situation wherein you're gonna be given a good or a bad news at the same time. Which news would you like to hear first? The good or the bad news? What's the reason behind that answer?

I like to hear the bad news first. I am a bit of a pessimist, and it only makes it worse when I have bad news to look forward to while someone is spouting off the good news. I prefer people to give me the bad news, so that whatever they say next will provide a silver lining to what they have told me. Hopefully, at least. Sometimes news that is good for others is bad for someone else, and vice versa.

I always ask for the bad news first, always so it give me a little good news to look forward to. because with good news you get hyped up then to hear the bad news after it would bring you back down so I would rather hear the bad news first then the good so that maybe it would help relieve the bad news somewhat.

I would choose to hear the bad news before the good news, at least at the end of the conversation I know that something will make me smile even after hearing the bad news. The transition would not be so bad cause we all look forward to hearing good news everyday.

I prefer bad news. Because, if the "bad news" is something extreme, I would like to think of it, so that I can do anything about it. I will ask him to tell the good news after the bad news and while he is telling the good news, I will still be researching or thinking about what went wrong in the so called "bad news" and think what shall I do to rectify it.
Moreover, I for sure know "Good news" is a good news so I don't want to bother about it much. Whereas, in the case of bad news, I never know what it was and will be very curious or nervous to find out quickly, so that I can at least think of it.
