IS PAY2SURF turning to be a scam?

Hi, Hope you agree with this.I had 42$ with them.I went for a 35$ payout last month.Suddenly day before yesterday the A/c showed zero balance.When I inquired them they say that I have clicked the anti cheater link ,so the A/c was zeroed.To my consious I never clicked any.I am not blind to have hit a distinct link,if clearly shown.Think they are giving some flimsy reasons to avoid paying.Recently some management change happened there,who try dirty tricks.
