What is the most nutritious fruit?

I love papayas, mangoes, bananas, apples and avocados too. Each fruit contains different amount of vitamins and minerals but which one is really considered most nutritious?

Hello, I think one of your favorite fruits is considered the most nutritious of all: It is considered as one of the wonder fruit.(Avocado) Avocado(or alligator pear) has the best ingredients into this fruit-vegetable that grows on a tree. In each avocado are combined the proteins of meat, the fat of butter(unsaturated as an extra bonus), The vitamins and minerals of vegetables, and the flavor of nuts. Thus you might say that avocado is a complete meal from soup to nuts. -plus several other pleasant surprise. The protein content of this fruit is the equal of many kinds of meat: when fully ripe, it contains little starch and practically no sugar. It offers generous quantities of calcium, magnesium,potassium, sodium, copper, phosphates, manganese, and Iron. It is loaded with vitamin A, B1,B2, and Vitamin C and has Vit. D and E.

Wow, I haven't known those were the nutrients of an avocado. Thank you for sharing this to us. Yes, I like avocado too. It's really good when you make it into a shake. It is deliciously refreshing and healthy.;-)

Yes, be generous with it and take the advantage of its season,Do you know that this fruit is the humblest among all fruits? yet see what it can contributes? about one fourth of the avocado consist of fat or oil. What makes avocado oil so valuable is its high percentage of "polyunsaturated fatty acids". This oil gives the avocado its mellow texture and nutlike flavor. The mexican call the soft green pulp"butter growing on trees" and they spread it generoustly on their tortillas. A very ripe, soft avocado, mashed with few drops of lemon juice and spiked with herbs., makes an utterly delicious dressing over fruit and vegetables salad. Polyunsaturated oil of avocado are easily burned by the body, even overweighters can enjoy this"butter growing on tree" Happy my lotting

Well,,me too like these fruits but I'll like apple the most..In my opinion Apple is the best fruit which contains the necessary vitamins and proteins.There is also a saying that "An apple a day,keeps doctor away" :) So,eating apple everyday makes us healthy. happy myLotting!!!!

PAPAYA If you could only eat one fruit, the papaya should be it. Pound for pound, papayas contain more vitamin A than apricots, more vitamin C than oranges, and more potassium than a banana.
