Looking for some input about ChaCha

I have heard a lot about this site here, and I am really interested. After looking at their site, I was wondering if there are any ChaCha members here that can answer a couple questions that the site didn't.
This debit card... do they send it to you? Does it work at any ATM?
Is there a time limit on answering questions? How long does it take to get through training and get to making money, and how much realistically can you make a day?
I am really interested in this, in fact I said just a couple days ago how much I wish I could find a site to just log in, do work and get paid... if this is real I am all in.. And I don't know if this works on referrals but if they do, if someone can answer my questions I will join in under them if they don't mind helping me get started a little bit.

Hi, I work with chacha. I'm an expeditor, sort of air traffic control for the questions, I don't actually answer them.
ChaCha is not a scam. Last month I made $ 200, but I could have made a lot more.
As far as payment goes, there are 2 options. You can get the debit card (everything takes about 2 weeks I've heard to get the card and pin #) OR you can do what I do which is Pay me Monthly. Your money goes to the bank account you give them and it is deposited the 15th of every month. This month I got it on the 17th bc 15 was on saturday. To me PMM is better.
However, I know that right now they have put a stop on hiring. They say this will not be forever. I hope not bc I want me sister to join. Anyways....if you have more problems you can email me at chicaamor83@yahoo.com.
