I didn't like that book much! It's just about a group of people working at a call center and a specific night there. The movie Hello gives you the synopsis of the book. The first book "Five Point Someone" was better than this one! Contains too much hyped love story of the main character. I would prefer you read it form certain library if you wanna go for that not worth spending the money in buying it...

oh that sounds interesting, I used to work in a telephone exchange and i remember a book called "Murder In The Telephone Exchange' was printed in our monthly magazine, it was actually written by a woman who worked in the same telephone exchange i worked in, and she based it around that exchange, while readin it i could actually see it happening where I worked..it was great..
