Are you more for card games or board games?

What about board games that incorporate the use of cards like Clue or Monopoly? My fiance and I are fans of card games, but I think he is more then I. We've been playing cards with friends, but I think I like Board Games and Card Games Equally. Name some games you've played, and do you frequently play them?
Which one is your favorite, and why?

I love to play Scrabble and Yahtzee. They are 2 of my favorite games. Love Scrabble because it really makes you think. Yahtzee is just plain fun. Although we don't play them often, it is fun when we do.

Another game that I enjoy is cribbage. I learned to play it many years ago. My cousin taught me. She would whoop my butt! Even so, I still enjoyed playing the game.

I agree, it's fun even if games aren't played often. Scrabble is fun, but yahtzee is okay.
I appreciate the response.

I much prefer board games. Some of my favorites are Scrabble, Clue and Mastermind, but my all time absolute favorite game is Monopoly. I just love it so much. I have just recently began collecting different Monopoly games. I don't have many so far, but I am hoping for more this christmas. My kids love the Spongebob version of it the best and so far they are not tired of it. I also do enjoy some card games such as Uno and Skipbo, but board games are a definite favorite.

I've heard of mastermind, but can't remember what it's about. The other two, Clue and Scrabble, those are fun, although I've not played scrabble all that much. Collecting Monopoly games are cool, especially if you have kids, sometimes it's not too hard to loose pieces! Plus, they get their own personal version. Uno and Skipbo are classic card games!
I appreciate the response.

Here is the general idea of Mastermind. Mastermind is a code breaking game for 2 players. The first person uses colored pegs to make a code. The second person has to try to guess the code. They must have all the colors correct and in the proper order. They get around 10 guesses. My cousins and I used to play this game quite a bit as kids.

That is pretty cool then, the way it sounds. I think it'd be a real challenge. Sounds like a strategy game.

I definitely prefer board games to card games. I don't even know many card games other than poker. I usually only play board games with my family on holidays when we are all together and don't have anything else to do like work or school.
Some of my favorite board games are Cranium, Clue, and mad Gab.

I don't know that many either! Cranium sounds like it would be fun, but I'm not sure about Mad Gab, don't remember what it's about.
Clue is simply awesome.
