Any good tilapia recipes?

I usually buy a box of tilapia at the local grocery store, and cook it with some butter and garlic and put it over rice. That gets a little boring after awhile, so does anyone have any good tilapia recipes they'd be willing to share?

cooking it with cocoonut milk is my personal favorite! just saute some garlic, onions and ginger then add the tilapia and a bit of vinegar then let it simmer for 5 minutes... then add the coconut milk, a bit of horse radish leaves, a pinch of pepper and a bit of salt then again let it simmer for 10 more minutes... that should be it! u got a yummmmmy tilapia dish ready in a jiffy :D

Try wrapping it with banana leaves, then steam or grill over charcoal. Don't forget to add salt, green onions, tomatoes, and ginger slices together with the tilapia just before wrapping it. Another option is to add coco milk. Just experiment and adjust to what suits your taste.
