I guess we cannot do anything about that since it cannot be stopped unless you have the guts to wake him up everytime he snores but that will definitely be annoying for the person you are with. Or another option is to find a place of your own so that you can enjoy your peace and quite sleep.

Snooring is a bad habit..to avoid from snooring we must ensure that our sleeping position is correct..we must sleep facing to the side...but to avoid friend from snooring we must sleep in the other room..hehe..

My partner snores like a trooper nearly every night. I can totally sympathise, because it drives me to distraction. I usually roll her onto her side, or pinch her nose if I'm feeling mean, that normally works to shut her up!
Failing that, could you sleep in a different room to your friend? Or recommend some breathe right strips to him, they're supposed to help quite a lot with snoring.

I had the same experience as yours when we went for a 3-days seminar. I was not able to sleep the first night due to so many snoring people around me. I told it to someone from the group and he advised me to sleep first, ahead of the others. The ploy worked and I slept good the following night. It might also work with you at your friend's house. You can sleep first or tell your friends to sleep last.

I'm definitely the one that snores when sleeping over at friend's houses. There's not much you can do. Try sleeping in a different room.

I feel you on this. I can't even sleep with my hubby because of his snoring. I sleep in a separate room just so I can get some sleep. I have asked him to get that checked out but so far he hasn't. I wish I could sleep in a bed in not on the couch or cushions of the couch.
