hi raja,i sleep to 4 to 5 hours daily. i want to sleep more, but for some reason i cant. Even when im lying on the bed with my eyes closed i take lot of time to sleep. i hate that, i want to sleep the moment i close my eyes.

Enough sleeping is my most important thing one day.I need 8-10 hours to sleep,if not,I will be out of spirite all day.So,when I have too many things which must be finished in a day,I will do it as fast as I can,I'd like not to waste my sleeping time to do it.If I cannot handle it,I will prefer putting the work off to sacrifice the time to sleep.

I usually get about 3 or 4 hours sleep. And that's enough for me.

I'm a sleeper, as much as I could, I wish I can indulge a longer hours of sleeping that is because I am always tired with so much work at hand, usually, when I come home I forgot to eat and put myself to bed. I sleep 8-10 hours if possible so that I can gain much energy when I wake up.

i am sleeping lesser and lesser with age. when i was under 30, i need lots of sleep and can easily spent 12 hours in bed or nothing less than 9-10 hours and i still need to nap in the afternoon between 30mins to 1 hour. but now i am 35 and i realised that sleep is no longer so important and i can do with 4-6 hours of sleep daily and still have the energy to do work. However, i still need my 30-60 mins of afternoon nap and i think that is the most important for me.

I slept around 9 hrs depends on what time i slept, if i sleep at 10pm i probably wake up by 7 plus. But if i sleep after midnight, i probably sleep more than 10 hrs. Our body is very weird. You obey the body system, it will work regularly. If u strain it or overwork, they tend to rest more. So you slp late, you tend to slp alot more than usual. And even when i wake up. i still feel the sleepiness. You can try obey the system,like sleep at 10 or 11, u probably just need to rest 8 hrs, you are fully charged

i sleep 8 hours a day. usually i don't change it unless occasion demands.
when there is a demand i tend to keep it down to six hours. that will do. there have been occasions when i have regularly slept five hours (when i was studying). but it depends on the importance of the work in hand.

Hi, raja. I have to sleep at least 8 hours a day. If i have less sleep, then i have to sleep more than 8 hours to get back my energy. :-) Sometimes i can even sleep more than 10 hours a day.
