On meeting an extra-terrestrials being

We have been for some time engaged in the exploration of the universe. Millions have been spent and will be spent too. Thousands of our brilliant and industrious sons and
daughters have been sweating for this job Spacecrafts of different capacity have been built up.It seems to me that time is close when we may face one extra-terrestrial living being. However surprising may that be, methink it is now obvious. Well, suppose you have chanced to meet one of them. What will you say and how you will feel at that moment?

This is definitely a subject that interests me! I guess we are looking at ourselves and thinking, 'surely we are not alone!' I genuinely believe that there is something or someone out there in the grand old universe! It's very hard to imagine the concept of space and time but it does literally go on forever, there's no limit as regards size! If an alien being suddenly came face to face with me, what would my first words be? 'Me human, you, ugly dood!' This is me being a little wacky! On a serious note though I do think about what the first contact would be like. Who would represent our planet? Would it be George Bush or now, Barrack O Bama? Would it be someone from the United Nations? Whoever it was, I would consider them to be extremely lucky! I'm sure that day will eventually come but it probably won't be in my life time! If we do eventually find them I just hope that they are not horrible to look at, someone or something that will remain within the deepest confines of our mind! Andrew

Thank you for sharing. I do not think they will be repulsive in look. They may even be very handsome or pretty and very good and broadminded. They may not meet the persons of the higher/highest positions. They may just meet you and me or any other ordinary folk. I hold an expectation that this will happen in my life time only and your lifetime only. May be they had solution for the problems with which we have been in great trouble.

When I meet some extra terrestrial, I will ask him to prove that he is actually extra terrestrial. But I am not sure if he will understand my language i.e. English, Hindi, Bengali or Gurumukhi. If he speaks English, I will be sure, he is fake, impersonator.
