So much confusions with CIAO!

I am new in CIAO. Though the site is really trusted and nice but there are huge confusions for many cases. At first I got a referral yesterday. I saw that they pay 1$ for one time for every referral. Today they updated my balance but I yet not get that 1$. There are no way to know who is your referral even you can't know if the referral really joined. Are there really any way? I am also not getting the rating bonus. I am wondered that everyone is getting all, then why I am not getting. I can know how much rating I get but that earning yet not added in my account. Do they add them after the month? One of my my friend adviced me not to write more than 5 review daily. He told me CIAO ban the people who write many review daily. have anyone face that? I really like this site. I don't want to take the risk by writing many reviews daily. I may have mistakes because I am new there. I have no doubt about CIAO. Many mylotters has a CIAO account. Can any one of them help me?
