back pimple scars.... HELP!!

I have this pimple marks in my back. Usually you will have pimple when you sleep late. But me, I have it on the back when I sleep really really late. And now I cant even low back blouse.. HELP!!

I'm not sure what your saying. I may even have to do research on it.
You said that you get pimples on your back when you sleep late.
I have never heard of this. Is this the same reason you get them on your face?

Im not sure if I really get it because I was really sleeping late but I really have this pimples on my back. Its not big but irritating. Thanks
