The answer depends on you. You can think of the things that you ae passionate about. It is the key which will help you build the site. If you are passionate on the topic, you will surely have many things to put on it. You can think of themes like nature, computers, movies, or even your pets. Just make sure you are interested on the topic and you put it on the site in an interesting way that your readers can appreciate. It sounds funny to me that you want to build a website but cannot think of a good topic. You may not maintain the website if you cannot think of anything to put on it. You may just start but cannot finish it. I'm just being pessimistic but it is what happens on most websites without enough contents.

hmm that is hard to pick since i do not know you, do you use photoshop, graphic? or do you make stuff yourself? i think you can just start off making a blog of yourself and start to share your daily life , intersting things and make some online friends. then when you want to just do a little bit of taht and those. liek a graphic blog, there are really too many choices

I was in planning to build a new website. But there is no clue about the topic. Till now I have installed forum in my site and it was working great. But I need to post some interesting topics to gather new users to my site. Choose a topic which can attracts more and more users. I was also in the same problem and searching for the new good topic. When it comes to theme, it completely depends on the hosting features and many more. All the best.

if you want to know what people really want, i think that any kind of topic has its own "market" because people really have different interests. so in my opinion the best way to create a website is depend on what is your passion.. it's not the theme or topic that attract the people, but the uniqueness of how you write about the topic. hehe.. just my opinion but i guess online streaming will draw much attention especially for soccernuts like me :P good luck with your website :D
