Do you like reading alone or with others?

I quite agree with you, I like reading alone too.Because when i read alone, i can smile or cry according to the plot of novel, if someone stay with you, you will feel shy,and can't express your emotion.

I love reading with others because usually for me this means that someone is reading to me. And I LOVE being read to! I am a horrible reader myself, but nearly all of my friends are excellent readers. I do also enjoy reading alone though because on my own I can read audiobooks or read along with the computer which is cool. But I like the sound of my friends reading and I am always so proud of what excellent readers they are so I love to hear them read just about anything.

I prefer and like to be alone while I'm reading. Reading with others quite lost my concentration as well as I really like to read peacefully without any disturbances. That way, I can finished it much faster.

I like reading alone.I hate being disturbed especially when I have high interest in reading.I can learn well and be conscious to master the message from the textbooks when I am calm.I like reading in the campus in the morning,because I like atmosphere of early morning.Aside from that,there are many students reading together. Now I will go to lab to do experiments with you.

alone. I hate reading with people

id much rather read a book alone. i dont even like trying to read in the living room cause i get nothing but constant interruptions! drives me nuts! so i usually spend an hour or two each night lying in bed reading my books. quieter that way, no interruptions, i can concentrate on what im reading and not having to be re-reading the same paragraph over and over..and it lets me form a better mental image of whats going on in the story too.

Alone. There is nothing like curling up in the jacuzzi reading a good book while I take a nice long bath. Heavenly! :-)

I have no set time for reading; I would read whenever I have the time. I prefer to read alone, as I can get very engrossed in a book, oblivious to the environment or noise around. Reading in a group can be very disturbing, so I try to avoid that.

actually i do read alone. but many times i feel it so boring to read alone. i prefer to read some one with me. but when the book is so interesting i don't feel bored at the start but still the boredom will always come out no matter how interesting the book is. sometimes i rather read in public places as long as the people are not that bothersome like reading in a park or in public libraries. sometimes i rather have some noise in the place and seeing some children or people walking around the place.

exactly reading books is a good way to relax ourselves in a boring time and also it helps us to improve our vocabulary. I prefer reading alone in a silent place. What about you? I usually like reading Sherlok holmes stories. What about you?

I feel self conscious when I'm reading with other people. I like to get cozy in my room and let the time fly while I devour a book. =]
