Think SLIM is the slogan for today's world.. we all want to have a 36-34-36 figure or a zero size like few of our celeb queens... but in getting a size zero do we ever realize the loss we are incurring to our dear health? how many of us think about it while dieting or while exercise... to be fat is not my motto but rather you should be slim in a healthier way... so i have some tips here..
1. Eat healthy - avoid junks; dont avoid eating.
2. Do exercise - but dont over-exercise your body.
3. Stay happy - but dont give up your daily sleep..
Do you have some more tips to add to this....??

I agree with you.
Enough sleep is healthful. It not only keep health, but also reduce the opportunity of getting fat(i have read it from a web long before).
Psychological suggestiong may be a helpful, too.I sometimes use this method.

Hey amber, can you tell me what you understand by psychological suggestioning?? i could not quite guess that.. ofcourse i am sure that there should be some link with depression, tension and happiness.. but i would be glad if you could detail that for me dear.. thanks.

I am sorry i didn't explain clearly.
What i want to say is "you may imply yourself that you are getting thin".That sounds ridiculous, but i always do like that before sleeping.I'm too lazy to do practice, and i always eat much when i feel tired.I only go out to do sports on weekends, but i gain weight hardly.
Indeed,if you have enough time and energy, you'd better do sports to keep fit.
