How many of you has a tendency to jump from one company to another?

The place where I stayed at,here people jumps from one company to another quite frequently.Most of them has the same reason as all know ....SALARY.. The next thing is job satisfaction.The other things is behaviour of the Employer.Here average of an employee changing from one company to another is 3.What about in your country?

I am looking for a good company with a good salary and defenitely not the relationships with an employee,If the culture and working environment is good ,I will hug .If the project is not interesting means I will shift to a better project,if not available ,I will look for an another company.................
