Does cracking your knuckles really cause arthritis?

I don't think so. I have been doing it for a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time.

All the medical research I have read says it does not cause a problem. If you are really worried about it I am sure you can just ask a doctor when you see one next. :-)

No it doesnt. There was a thing on the front page of Yahoo the other day about that, and they said its totally harmless.
