CHA-CHA is again the hottest issue in the politics topping the issue of Bolante and Lozada.
What is your personal stand or opinion about this Charter Change or Constitutional Change?
Do you think changing our constitution will resolve the problems of our country?

i'm anti chacha because i can sense that they only make use of this form of constitution to prolong the term of arroyo. the people are already tired with this issue. what the people want is to revive the dying economy of our country.

I think Charter Change is necessary but not right now ... as mentioned in the discussion, it is being pushed as of this moment to prolong the tenure of the current officials. I think it is about time there is a change in leadership by 2010

I am pro in a way that I know there sections in the institution that has to be changed but I am against it if it's main purpose is to prolong GMA's reign.
