Does anyone here crack their knuckles? I crack my knuckles it's a bad habit of mine.

Yes I do and I need to stop, it is bad for your knuckles. I had a Dr tell me that it causes pockets on your knuckles.

thats what my doctor told me too I need to stop as well its just a bad habit. Sometimes I dont even realize that i'm doing it. Many thanks for your reply:D
