Do I still have a chance of recruiting Mew???

I'm playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue rescue Team. While I was playing the Buried Relic dungeon, I didn't get the chance to recruit Mew. I wasn't consulting an FAQ then, so I didn't have the right friend area yet and I was actually unaware of MEw. I was only surprised when I found the mew icon on the bosses line up when I load my game. My question is, will I get another chance at recruiting mew if I go back to the buried relic dungeon? I still have my music box with me...
