Do you earn more when you rent referrals in PTC Sites ?

As for me, I'm earning in IsabelMarco and Taketheglobe. The problem is, they pay 30-60 days after you request payout. Also, you have to upgrade first before they could pay you. Taketheglobe pays even you are standard but you will receive payout in 60 days. In instant PTC's like Neobux, the premium rate is too high so I just rent referrals but did not turn to golden member yet but I notice I'm earning lesser than the referral rental. :-( Please share your experiences. Thanks.
